Pavan Bhalla

Pavan Bhalla is a Partner at Positive Moves based in New York, with a client portfolio spanning North America, Europe, and Asia. He brings two decades of experience in consulting and risk advisory, empowering clients across technology, private equity, and consumer sectors to scale with purpose and precision.

Prior to joining the firm, Pavan held senior roles at CRISIL (a Standard & Poor’s company), where he established a risk advisory practice in Indonesia and scaled the firm’s consulting capabilities across Southeast Asia. At Ernst & Young, he led operational risk and process improvement initiatives for multinational clients, bringing a data-backed, systems-oriented mindset to leadership challenges.

Pavan also supported a legal knowledge startup within Herbert Smith Freehills, Australia, further demonstrating his entrepreneurial agility and cross-sector adaptability.

He holds an MBA from Monash University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. Currently based in Jersey City, New Jersey, Pavan remains deeply committed to helping companies navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
