Kate Roddy

Kate Roddy is a Partner at Positive Moves based in London, where she supports high-growth and established companies across the UK and Europe. Known for her dynamic leadership and deep HR expertise, Kate has a proven track record of architecting and scaling executive teams during rapid organizational growth.

Before joining Positive Moves, Kate served as Chief People Officer at OneWeb, a global satellite communications provider. There, she played a pivotal role in expanding the company tenfold within just two years, recruiting a world-class executive team and designing an organization equipped for global scale.

Previously at Inmarsat, she led the HR transformation for both the Global Xpress program and the newly created Aviation division, initiatives that helped shape the company's future direction. Her experience spans not only people strategy but also hands-on coaching and executive development.

An accredited coach and graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Kate is passionate about enabling leaders to realize their full potential while shaping organizations that are resilient, inclusive, and visionary.
