Before joining Positive Moves, Gautam served as Chief People Officer at Airtel India and South Asia, leading major transformations during a period of industry-wide disruption. His work helped Airtel evolve from a telecommunications company into a digital product powerhouse, serving over 300 million customers.
His previous experience also spans a decade in the U.S. with PwC, Citibank, and Heinz in diverse cross-functional roles. Gautam continues to mentor HR leaders and startups, staying closely engaged with emerging talent and leadership trends.
He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s from Sri Ram College of Commerce. He lives in Gurugram with his wife and two sons and is an avid marathon runner.
