Divya Basu is an Operating Partner at Positive Moves, where she leads advisory across FinTech, Insurance, Reinsurance, and Asset Management. With a deep understanding of leadership lifecycles, Divya partners with clients to shape their organizational roadmaps through various phases, start-up, scale-up, maturity, and transformation.
She plays a pivotal role in the firm’s growing Private Equity portfolio, building leadership teams, Boards, and Advisory Boards for PE firms and their investee companies. Known for her ability to translate vision into action, Divya continually expands the firm’s reach by entering new sectors and solving for newly created, transformation-driven roles.
Divya holds a graduate degree in English Literature from Delhi University and an MBA from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. She lives in Mumbai with her husband and daughter.
