Bénédicte Brouard is a Partner at Positive Moves, where she established and leads the firm’s French practice. Since joining in 2010, she has cultivated vital partnerships with French and international businesses, leveraging over 25 years of senior leadership experience to support growth in emerging markets across India, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
Previously an Executive Vice-President at Sonepar, Bénédicte has excelled in roles spanning Finance, Sales, Development, and External Relations. Her strategic insights and international expertise enable her to guide mid-sized firms and startups toward impactful growth. She is also the founder of the consulting firm B-REF and has served as Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France.
Her legacy includes founding and presiding over the Parisian Committee of CCEF for 11 years, and she remains actively involved in women’s leadership networks and investment communities.
Bénédicte holds a degree in History from the Sorbonne and dual Master’s degrees in Management and Political Science. She is a Knight of the French Legion of Honour and Officer of the French National Merite.
